Cities
Sizes
There are various cities standing in this world. These cities are different in sizes with different recourse buildings available. The higher-leveled the city you occupy, the more resources you can get.
There are 9 regions on the world map: 8 common regions and 1 central region. A metropolis stands in the center of each common region respectively. But there's only one capital city in the world which is located in the center of the central region.

Scout
You can scout any city. With the help of Technology-Scouting, you can get enemy troop info, hero info and tech levels and so on.
Plunder
You can plunder any city. Your troops will march on the world map after being dispatched. When they arrive at the destination, a combat will take place between the city guard troops and your troops. If you win the combat, you can plunder resources that are temporarily stored in the outer city resource buildings.
Attack
You can attack any city. Your troops will march on the world map after being dispatched. When they arrive at the destination, a combat will take place between the city guard troops, the city defense facilities and your troops. If you win the combat, you can get resources out of the inner city warehouses and the outer city resource buildings.
Occupy
Every city has its own citizen Loyalty. Each time you attack a city and win, its citizen Loyalty drops by 5 points (3 points for the home city). When a city's citizen Loyalty drops to 0, the current attacker can take over the city. You can occupy NPC cities and player's sub-cities this way. However, home cities can't be taken over. After occupying a city, you can then construct buildings, train troops..etc. in them.
Your prestige and Title determine how many cities you can own. If the cap is reached, you cannot own any more cities.
Massacre
When the defender fails to guard his city which is then taken by the attacker and the loyalty declines to a certain value, unengaged solders staying in the barracks will be massacred and brought to the hospital. Lower loyalty, more solders massacred. When the hospital is maxed, some injured solders will die immediately due to bed shortage.
Dispatch
You can dispatch troops and heroes between your own cities.
The amount of the troops you dispatch cannot go over the target city's troop cap (here both figures refer to the relevant worker count). Also, you cannot dispatch when the relevant troops are not yet unlocked in the Barracks of the target city.
The amount of the heroes you dispatch cannot go over the hero cap in the Tavern of the target city.
Transport
You can transport resources between your cities.
The amount of the resources you transport cannot go over the target city's warehouse capacity. Transport takes up idle transport teams in the Market.
