*SUPPORT READ PLEASE* RE MADESTE BAN
What makes me very mad is that I am the ideal customer for Haypi. I play everyday, have bought over $360 worth of coins in 5 months (which I have itunes transaction receipts for), and i never cause problems. I have never even once been muted. My main account is Madeste on s103 and is level 17. I have spent hundreds of hours on this account. If I had known this guy was a hacker, I would have never risked all that I have worked for to make an account for the guy. I have mailed support about 30 letters and they will not write me back. I am at a loss as to what I should do. I contacted Apple iTunes and they told me how to retrieve my transaction history to show my coin purchases, which I have done. I am now turning to the forum to try to get help from other support or admin to get unbanned. I have done nothing wrong. This could have easily have been anyone to make the account because several other people offered to create this guy an account. I just happened to be the person who actually did.
This whole issue should be easily solved by comparing my iphone ID to his and seeing that it is not the same. Also, can haypi look at my itunes account and transactions? You will see that I am not Sikpro. What else do I have to do to prove I am not the hacker? I wouldnt care so much if I hadn't spent so much money on the game, but I have paid a lot and put too many hours into this to just be banned for something I didn't do. Because of this mixup and unjustified ban, my entire army starved and I lost over 100k prestige due to people cleaning up the starve and I have lost 2 coin upgraded subs. Please fix this Haypi. This is no way to treat an actual paying customer that follows the rules.
