s610 Support
Can someone please advise on the necessary steps to proceed to get a response and for appropriate action to be finally be taken.

In the mean time, could you recommend a different support contact (other than the s610 support) I could try contacting ? Perhaps yourself? Is there an email I could send that would be addressed to you specifically? EG: titling an email "s610" I believe should be going to the inbox of the support contact for server 610. What would yours be?

Surely just like how you can recover the enhancement stones if someone was to "by mistake" NPC their equipment. Is this not a thing?
