s610 Support

Over recent months there has been doubts whether s610 support is either still around or looking after the players best interests anymore. I personally have sent many letters addressed directly to in-game support610 and specifically to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and followed the recommendation of titling these emails with "610" to go directly the said support person. However there has been a serious lack of response and action to correct the present concerns in the server.

Can someone please advise on the necessary steps to proceed to get a response and for appropriate action to be finally be taken.

We just returned from a public vacation and inquiries on queue will be attended to according to the time order as soon as possible.

If you've sent the inquiry to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, please refrain yourself from sending the same inquiry repeatedly. Please wait patiently for a while

Thanks for the response. Although these issues have been apparent for some time now, not just over the recent "out of office" period, I'll keep my hopes high on a response.

In the mean time, could you recommend a different support contact (other than the s610 support) I could try contacting ? Perhaps yourself? Is there an email I could send that would be addressed to you specifically? EG: titling an email "s610" I believe should be going to the inbox of the support contact for server 610. What would yours be?

As of this check you have done the cheaters on 610 retaliated by hacking our alliance leaders account and disbanning our alliance and Heffey610 still has not had his account returned to him.

He has tried to get his account back that way but it won't send the email to him it seems they have changed his email on the account.

Also what of our alliance that was disbanned due to this hack is it just gonna be gone or is there a way we can get it back with the proper Prestige and such.

Our support has sent Heffey610's current password and password change link to the registry email address. If there's any other questions with the password change, please tell your ally to contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com as soon as possible.
