Daily reward solution step-by-step + Pictures

I've noticed more & more topics about the crashing Daily Rewards are coming up, so I'm hoping this step-by-step, picture guided solution will set it at rest !

Step 1: Go to your home menu and open Settings.


Step 2: Scroll down until you find the tab General.


Step 3: Scroll down to the tab International.


Step 4: Click on the Language tab.


Step 5: Change the language to the one shown in the picture below.


After you've done this, you can claim your PvP rank reward, change the language back, and you can open it whenever you want.

Are you sure you clicked the right language? It is the 3rd option for me, but I don't know if that's the case for everyone.

my first try was japanese , then the wrong chinese and then the right chinese so i'm happy i not gave up
so all those for whom its doesnt work just try all that "symbol languages"

I did have to guess which of the languages I need to change to and it did take 2 tries but it worked perfectly.
