Dodge and Hit Rating

Am I the only one that feels like the reworking of the dodge and hit balance is just a wee bit too ridiculous? I mean, a kernel, two levels lower dodging like 6 times in a row is a bit much. Not to mention, very aggravating. Dodging sprees sucked enough when they only happened every once in a while, but now it seems pretty regular. That, paired with the low pp of many moves now, Is just a really messed up recipie IMO.
Opinions?

Everything is fine with me except for the nerfed pp. level up your monster upto 60 and start complain once a level 48 kernel defeated your monster. Good luck! :)

Re: Dodge and Hit Rating

In barren lands 14 I was facing two igneous with a smiter and a branchy. Each monster used 6 poison petals and only 2 hit combined, so 1 in 6 poison petals missed. The weather was sunny-cloudy. I've noticed that rock types in general have been dodging more after the update, similar to the ice types when FC first came out

I had a similar problem in the same map.
I can't remember which monster dodged all of my attacks but I had to use a resurrection card because of it.

We need to compile some data regarding these dodge/hit rates. It might change our line-ups if we know exactly which types/specific monsters have more dodge/hit rates.
Quitted!

Re: Dodge and Hit Rating

Seems to me that rocks dodge most. Same thing happened in 10-15, the Minotaur boss dodged almost every attack my first time through. He had 2 hp left and dodged a poison petals and fire blast. Really ticked me off. Also seems to me that our monsters dodge LESS than they did before the 1.4 "update" also anyone notice that speed seems to glitch a lot? A non S pewgway was faster than my S flights (never happened before) and my then level 44ish branchy beat out a level 50 odd Cerberus. Anyone else having these issues?

Dodge rating on pve ( barren , holy vet/exp modes and swamp vet/exp) is buffed a lot( at least 10% more) , pvp is just fine . And about pp dont be cheap go buy ur self pots from shop ...

I think the Minotaur is level 57.
Pretty sure your mobs where less than level 53 when you face it.
So dodging that much would be normal

Re: Dodge and Hit Rating

paying barren lands team mode - the very last dungeon with roco and armodillo. armodillo dodged about 8 times on rain weather. i can understand if it were during a sandstorm. but i was using pewg + rain and it still dodged too much. my partner and i almost ran out of pp. its too dm high!
