IN GAME ISSUES

hi i was talking with my server 112 and we all admit that experts are sometimes abusive to some degree. so here are some ideas to hopefully reduce issues with experts:

A probation period: to allow the server to see how well the new expert can serve the server.

A master expert: who can reveiw mutes, and the actions of those muted. to provide a retrial to all disiplinary actions, and hopefull reduce the workloads of the support team.

a support ticket system: to submit a complaint about ingame issues, and to see a bit of feed back from the customers perspective.

a flag system: so as a support can be made aware of extreamly volitile users that are commiting gender offenses on the wc.

In game nomination box: to simplify the nomination process for some users who find the forum a little much to access quickly and get back to game play.

i hope these are considered and implemented, and that they assist with reducing work loads for experts and support.

Re: IN GAME ISSUES

support does that for the first and second
email kingdomsupport@haypi.com or go to help > support > contact us or mail your in-game support
that's why there are experts
forums are easy as pie. there's a simple expert nominations and then simple pick your server...

Re: IN GAME ISSUES

yea i agree support should, but support has yet to respond to any of the issues i reported and got muted for calling out an expert on ignoring. stuff like a pedo telling a 9yo how to stimulate herself. how do you report that, and not be punished for it.

make sure you don't spam their inbox though

Re: IN GAME ISSUES

I like the idea about nominating an expert option on worldchat, a lot of people don't bother because of the hastle of leaning how to use forums. I know I felt like that when I first started, made me extremely frustrated. And you know how you click someone name and an option to add or block comes up? Maybe add a 'Forward message to support' option, maybe?
