Gold chest contents

From what I've seen, it doesn't seem to be necessary to harvest a large army for one of these chests. People have hunted them with 400 cats and some inf

Hmmmm....well that explains why it's so dang hard to find targets on s50 then. If targets on s50 were as plentiful as gold chests, I might be a duke by now lol

i honestly believe that the chests appear on hunts randomly. you know how you harvest a treasure or money. now whatever value of hunt you have there is like a percentage chance of it being a gold/silver chest or enhancement stone

there is a system im sure, but it will probly be another 3 weeks before we see anyone come out with the formulas for them.

Yes I've gotten one from daily gift.

to talk about the aquisition of chests then ^^^^^^^^^

I started a new world, and in the first and third daily gift i got 2 gold chests, opened them both and got 2 crowns.

What am i meant to do with 2 crowns on a world thats just started, now im down on 20 coins for building up my city, im next to the rank 2 player who has 500 times the army i have.

Well at least i have 2 crowns

Im still trying to work out if i should have just sold the chests for NPC price. and spend the coins on resources even knowing i would have got 2 crowns.

Becuase no matter what you put it the game the players who have loads of coins will always beat everyone at everything, lol
Other than other coin players who spend more.

I will SS my 2 crowns if you want. a lv0 with 2 crowns.

Im staying lv0 to hide in BP, which i still think should be lowered, even though i need it to live

Well let me just say nice job on getting those crowns.....

Secondly, the npc value of a crown is 100k, so if you sold them both at npc price, you'd stand to get 200k. That means your coins spent, being 20, earned you a prize worth 5 times as much as a coin is normally worth, meaning you'd get far more resources by selling those crowns than you would have by using the coins to buy resources straight up.

Now let's say you posted those crowns to the market.....I guarantee you could easily sell them for 500k a piece with no problem. Someone would definitely buy them, especially if you advertised the sale on Wc. Selling two at 500k each would net you close to 1 million bucks.....clearly you can see this is a much more economic use of those coins than using them to buy resources instead!

A good general will think outside the box and make the most of the hand they've been dealt, and your hand, my friend, is not a bad hand at all! In fact, consider taking all that money and raising your shooting tech to lv10.....bet you would be able to take out that guys army quite easily, the one that is soooo much bigger than your own!

I never thought I'd live to see the day when someone would complain about getting two crowns for 20 coins! Hilarious!
