thats the game coin buyers get advantages, the rest of us have to suck it up and deal with it

I'm certain that the gambling thing in games does not apply here. They do however apply to games that are created for ONLY paying players, for the sole purpose of competing to win a prize. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.
I've played many browser text based games where they've needed a gambling license to hold "supporters only" rounds. (supporters being paying players).
Haypi however isn't like that at all.

It's possible that it is illegal. Evony had the same problem years back with their roulette style reward system. Non-coin players could spin the wheel once a day, however the big spenders could use coins to spin the wheel.

I'm not sure if a "game of chance" would fall into this category, but it is a possibility.

I'm referring to the item enhancements. Your chance of successfully enhancing an item decreases depending on your item enhancement level.

hardly a game of chance as it works the same as fortune that is just chance that you get a power attack or not.who knows but its been released now so it must be alright

i think just now the update is good, mainly because now i can upgrade my speed even more than others because there not willing to spend the money, so now i have a great speed andvantage using my cats

even with higher speed cats still weak against cavs with 100+45 speed

its going to be interesting to see how the cat army Vs cav armies battles are going to pan out now considering the new speed and attack amd defence ratings

Of course they are still weak to cav unless the right tactics are used, I really should of said cat vs cat army because I have the greater speed advantage thus I hit first
