enhancement stones

I have noticed a few people on WC talking about how they bought enhancement stones (using Coins) and enhanced there equipment. BUT is there any point in buying them using coins, as I noticed that 1 coin = 1 stone so why is there the option to buy them if you can just use the coins to enhance?

It’s understandable that you can get them as a reward in chests and so on but I don’t see a point in using coins to buy them.

there is very little point i believe stones were introduced as a way to enhance without coins, through gaining the stones through DG and hunting etc. they therefore made them available to purchase with coins anyway as they were seen as a treasure

enhancements were a way to get more varied results in battle, which is what alot of people had different suggestions for. the enhancements were also supposed to make you feel like you had more options and combinations. and it was also a way to add like level 30 gear, without actually having to go and make lvl 16-30 gear.

I am talking about the stones lol, not the enhancements, i know the enchancements are great, i was only asking why there was an option to buy stones when you can upgrade enhancements using coins. IE 1coin= 1 stone

you cant hunt coins... but you can hunt enhancement stones, hence why they have given us stones as well

its more than likely to do with the script of the game, it could be that in order to do one action with the stone it needs to be available there or maybe its there if people want to take the long way round and store stones for later rather than risking wasting coins later by being tempted to spend them on something else

its an alternative to people who dont buy coins. ill be honest, alot of high ranked players dont buy coins. and this would keep them from having to buy coins. so, by haypi making it so that yu have to buy coins, it really just gives more advantages to people who buy coins. but, im ok with that, as it increases coin buying.
