Less press per troops Trainned in high lv?

I am lv 12 now, I gain most of my press from building troops, I can upgrade to lv 14 now since I have enough press. But is it worth it?

The added oasis and fortified point does not seem very compelling for me to upgrade.

yes so upgrading 3 lvls means you lose 1 pp per cat built, it adds up but being a higher lvl with better attributes makes up for it in battle

Sorry this turned into a Maths Questions. But something doesn't work out.

Lossing 3.33% per Level.

But when I calculated lv 12 Calv which is 3.88 and Lv 14 Calv is 3.45

The difference is 10+%.

Something gone wrong?

its not exactly 3.33% loss it increases more so lvl 1-2 you lose like 1% then at higher lvls you start losing 4-5% its more and average
