server bug.....

other day when the servr went down i was about to battle a lvl 4 fort, when the server came back on all my troops were dead, ive emailed support with time, date and my problem and how many troops ive lost, will they reimburse what ive lost coz from where im sat there servers crashed so techniclly its there fault, ive emailed support but heard nothing did anyone else suffer form this?

my account is tunny0 and im from server 50, if any guys from support read this can i get some help please

they should reimburse the troops as the server supplier caused the serverrs to go down for this period

There isn’t really a reason not to give you them back, a server going down isn’t your fault after all.

i cant get an answer from them ive emailed them twice 7k troops is a lot to lose

they will have lots of requests to deal with because of the down period please have patience and dont email them too much as they have lives outside of haypi as well

Just be patient, you will get it sorted it just takes time.

yeah thanks guys i wont send anymore, it took them a day and half to email me back about some coins i bought wich i thought i nvr got but it was my fault lol
