Definately not fixed for me. Been getting the timeout msg most of the day.

Can people who lost troops due to this downtime expect to see them reincarnate?

they may see them, i cannot speak for support though

If you're talking about what happened a few hours ago, all servers were apparently down for a bit. I'm quite sure it wasn't a bug.

its happend before and will probaly happen again... thats haypi for you 

it wasnt a bug it was a problem with the server supplier. it is not often that haypi servers are down like that but they were and you are more than likely to recieve any lost troops back as long as you have the lost troops report

Lucky for me I could log in today I wlda died from withdrawal lol, an my troops didn't die by some luck

Do u guys also get booted off? After listing somthn on market if u close right away it closes app?
