sometimes yes but coins are generally seen as a deciding factor as they have a direct relation to real money (unless the coins were gained through downloading free apps)

you are correct cold chests can only bbe sold to NPC or opened for 10 coins

i found a silver one, have 22 coins, and no open button at all, only sell
