I just had an alliance member use 1380 coins to get a 20 horse, 17 manual, and 5 ring.

How the heck do you get a lvl20 horse?!?!?!? and a lvl17 manual????

I have done, all i see in the market are lvl15 items, such as horse..manual...

yes if you remove your equipment and put them in your treasurre then click on the item then you can upgrade it from there, i recommend waiting till you obtain lvl 15 items before doing this

Still dont know where or how to get a lvl 20 horse

ok you have your item in your treasure tab in game , you click on the item and click enhance, this then upgrades your item lvl by lvl so you can get higher lvl equipment

oohhhhhh so you dont BUY a lvl20 hourse, you ENHANCE a lvl15 (or below) to higher level.

Ok so i enhanced my horse 4 times (lvl 4 enhance) speed is 10% but the lvl is still the same as before.

How much do you have to enhance in order to get to the next level? Say a lvl5 horse to a lvl6 (for example)

these are the lvls that it goes through think of it as a lvl 15 horse plus lvl 20 enhancement (or in your case lvl 4 enhance)
