Crash and now can't play

3. I clicked on alliances, to check out an alliance and the screen went black. Nothing would work, so I deleted and reinstalled. It then recognized my phones id and user name and looked like it would work then the screen just turned blank with a normal Haypi background. I can not play at all anymore. Even after deleting and re-installing twice.

5. whatever happened, happened when I clicked on the alliance tab/search alliances
6. I want to be able to play the game again please

ensure your connection is strong enough.

if this isnt the problem try leaving the game a short while as i have foound that when the game crashes if i open it again too quickly it just crashes instantly again

I've tried all that already. I have a wi-fi connection very strong. I wait hours (as in I go to sleep wake up and try again) still not working. Any help would be appreciated!

haypi has crashed for me also. it says communicating please try later...since last night...

any help please

69denouth I get that ALL the time wait for 1 are 2 days and it should work.
