or you may get a friend to help you take a city that is already upgraded. it is up to you.

Re: second city

i would start a new city as it gives you more prestige. which as a new player, is nice to have.

Re: second city

If hes a real new player than it might be advantageous to take an in actives already leveled up city for the resources you would gain especially if his main isn't fully upgraded.

Re: second city

depending on his server no point taking an inactives city on s50 as there unlikely to be upgraded, plus he will want to gain prestige from upgrading that city

Re: second city

when you first start out, you dont want to take an inactives city, unless there are alot of inactives above lvl 10. not to mention, he would have to have a high enough scout skill not to take a city that isnt upgraded.

Re: second city

I tend to find creating a city in a place with convenient access to reasonably levelled forts works best in the long run, as fort farming can be sped up and utilised to a much greater and more efficient degree.
