Max lvl of upgrades?

What are the max level of upgrades? And how many resources does it take for each lvl? I'm surprised there isn't a sticky with this info

max lvl is 20, with resource buildings the max lvl is 15 without coins and 20 2
with coins. and who needs a sticky when it tells you when you go to upgrade that building

Actually for resources the tutorial only goes up to 15. No mention of 16 - 20. So I was surprised when I got my first level 15 that it showed that it was possible to upgrade further. Perhaps you should look at the tutorial
