Can't Upgrade

Ok this may be a dumb question, but I have 3k prestiege and I can't upgrade... in other words im still a first civillian. I have two tasks left. One is the refer one and the other is the upgrade to title third general. What can I do?

nevermind I figured it out... just need a gold bar lol

To upgrade to level 7, you need a gold nugget. You can buy this with coins or from the market, or get lucky and find it in a hunt.

are you sure you have fulfilled all the requirements. in order to upgrade you will need a nugget, you can buy nuggets from the market or with coins,

to get to lvl 7, gold bar,gem

lvl 10- medal

lvl13- medal, sceptor

lvl16- 3 sceptors

19- 2 crown, 2 sceptor

20- 4 crowns 4 sceptors.
