Well after all, it is clearly against the rules to engage in acct trading and Haypi has made this well known on several occasions.

Really it sucks what happened to you. Something very similar happened to me on another acct. I even showed support receipts totaling over $900 that I had spent on the acct, they verified these sales with apple and still banned my acct.

All my pleas for them to trace the udid number were to no avail. Support was very rigid in their stance and decided against my favor, leaving me one very unsatisfied customer.

But hey, life goes on and here I am, still giving them more of my money. And if you are a player like you say you are, I bet you will too, and support is well aware of this.

Nonetheless, I do wish you all the luck in finding justice

for every player, that will continue to shell out money, there are 2 more that will just quit.

I didn't know that I account traded. I account gave away. I didn't get anything in return. Simply made an account and gave it up. I had no idea this was against the rules? Does anyone know for sure if what I did is against the rules?

@viper, thanks man. You and everyone else from s11 know I'm not Sikpro. I can't wait until haypi finally realizes this and I get my account back. I want to thank everyone who has written to support in support of me and all the experts who have also tried to help. Also, I'd like support to know that I didn't ask anyone to mail you. My friends took it upon themselves because they felt I was banned unfairly. I know haypi wants to remain stern with their punishments, but there are instances that do justify a reversal of a ban. This is one of those and I really hope it happens soon so I can regain some sort of faith in haypi.

Well, basically giving anyone the password to your account, or any account is against the rules, haypi sent out a letter recently about it (although it was deleted in the merge), saying never give out passwords, and stuff like that

Yes, giving away accts is against the rules (most ppl didn't know this until a couple months ago) ... Still not worth a ban IMO though since a lot of ppl still do it...

i think it is worth a ban. even though people still do it. they just dont get caught. now, i think that a ban for something like that should just be on the account they gave away. that way, that account has become worthless, and therefore, the trade was crap....lol

Being as I have firsthand experience with bans, support communication, and expert sympathizers, I'll say this, and hope it takes away some of the sting, however horrible it may sound. Here goes:

you're banned. Support will not answer you. They will not remove the ban. My condolences.

Fyi support does listen to you if you are banned *points at self* Now if you dont heed advice on how to get unbanned then there is a problem

there is also a problem if you dont stop doing what got you banned in the first place.
