Haypi crash

I've not been able to access Haypi Kingdom for about five days now. The first day, I just clicked on the app to play it, and all it said was "communication error, please try later. It was like that for about a day and a half, until I redownloaded it. Then, when I clicked it went to the starting page. I clicked start game, and it told me I had an accout, then gqve me a "blank" page. (It's kinda like the mail background page.) it continued to be just this page for another twoish days, then I reredownloaded it. It did the same thing as the first time. I have restarted my iPod multiple times, and it has changed nothing. Everything else on my iPod is working. What do I do???

turn off multi tasking. either in settings, or by these steps given by tracy.
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game


if that doesnt work, try sending an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, along with Screen shots, and a detailed report on the issue.

try reinstalling haypi, should this not work it is most likely that your connection is not sstrong enough

cannot get into Haypi, same thing as Philly. Did rebooting and deleting, redownloading. the not so funny part is I still get messages about being attacked and I know my troops are back. there are so many glitches, war refuse should have been extended..I probably lost 70000 more prestige by now.
