Problem getting logged in

Been playing for a couple of days all was fine then from yesterday on when I tried to run app it just says communicating try later. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Sounds like you are experiencing lag.

This happens now and again due to various reasons.

If you can't log in at all, ever, try emailing support at Kingdomsupport@Haypi.com. Be sure to include details such as which server you are trying to log onto.

Also try restarting the app and check you wifi connection

To restart the app
1.click "home" button. You can exit from the game interface
2.double-click the "Home" button
3.press Haypi kingdom icon at the bottom of interface for three seconds
4.click "-"icon to close the Haypi kingdom app
5.click "home" again
6.start game
