Server 101 crash

yes, but support actually sent out a letter and a post in the forums, saying that they are slow responding to emails, during the weekend.

Supports don't work on weekends.. Tracy did yesterday because there were a lot of lost armies due to the crash and she wanted to return them as soon as possible

Gabe12, support accounts are regular accounts; they have cities, they have prestige and resources. Which means they also have usernames and passwords, with which they can log in from anywhere, not just work, at their own leisure.
