Why is support completely ignoring me? I have sent Letters, And emails at them, And have yet to get them back while I see you on O.O I dont even know why??

Not with a certain person. I emailed A support but i dont know who It is i am emailing.. And I am not getting a reply. Its been over a week now, and i sent a second one with no reply either

Are you sure your using the email registered to YOUR haypi account? that's also something you need to do *I think*

another thing, is tell them where to reply back to, incase they send it to the wrong place. experts and mods are humans just like us.
