new accounts

i need help my friend tried to download haypi and start an account but when he got it it would not let him create his on name he had a name made something like ha_a183777 and he just bought ipod y cant he make his own account he didnt even get to refer me so he is on a complety diff server and i cant get my pp from him

Your friend's account was properly made. With the new system he starts out with a ha_###### account. When he has completed tasks 1-4 and has gotten the rewards, task five will appear. In task five he can change his username, set a password, set an email, and choose his referrer.

so he cant be on the same server as i am

Unfortunately he can not be. In the future you can possibly play pvp together, or create accounts on the same server. There are still plenty of fun opportunities.

But he can still refer you and when he reaches the appropriate level, you will still get the reward no matter which server you are on.

Get him to lvl 10, then you can both make a new account at the same time, and hopefully be put in the same server, that is the only way besides pvp

unfortunatly, i dont think haypi realizes this, but the fewer people who can play on the same server as their friends, the fewer people that want to play haypi.

Exactly... Haypi is a company and sadly they don't understand our needs lol

i think haypi is just over worked when it comes to this particular inconvenience
