WC is sooo fast now I love how everyone is chatting a lot now and making new friends

I went on earlier and could see messages from the past 30 seconds D: quite chatty now o.o

The merger has (so-far) been what most would call a success. I've seen mostly positive reviews and comments, with negative remarks few and far between.

It has been mostly a success but the crop and open land space are outrageous. They need to expand the map or something else.

That's the main complaint I've heard in game, along with forum,

I think many players just got too comfortable having anything and everything they wanted easily attainable. They've merely just lulled themselves into a rut of lazy habits. Now that you have to fight tooth and nail for everything you want, and have to defend your honor and land, players need to rise up to the challenge and claw there way to the top.
The game is the same, everyones just now playing be a new set of rules.

Shade... it's easy to say that when you don't play the game properly anymore.

While I understand why they would reduce oasis and forts, it's certainly not all beneficial, considering how many high levels are on the merged server, this means the weaker accounts (level 14 and below) will have an extremely hard time to keep playing their game as they have no chance to compete properly.

There are good and bad thing with the new map, but definitely not all positive.

Then why make the requirement lvl 4+? You can't expect low lvls to compete with lvl 20's for an oasis.. The attempt to remove inactive players would've also been pointless since it'll only cause a lot more ppl to quit...

I'm sure a lot of ppl were looking forward to the merge to be able to fight huge wars with massive armies against ppl they don't know, not with half the army they used to have before the merge because there aren't enough crop oasis...

You also can't expect ppl to cut down on their army size from lack of oasis and still buy coins....

Just gotta be on 24/7 to avoid starving I suppose. Also with lack of oasis it changes game to be a bit more interesting

dont aim for lvl 9 oasise try to keep your oasises at lvl 8 is my suggestion, you lose the crop production but surely most high lvls arent interested in lvl 8's so that is what i woul do

I think the merge is great!!! Although i no longer play, so i do not have the oasis problem, i only chat, and it is so nice to have such an active chat!!!
