Re: attribute and skill points

i go for speed > attack > defence > fortune

*attack/defence depends on army type

also Cranny > Heal > hidden > chest > convince

thats my opinion

Re: attribute and skill points

lets put it this way, speed is most valuable, upgrade it to even with attack, until you have other uses for the others. attack is right there with speed. i usually upgrade them together. i recommend having atleast, atleast, atleast, 10 higher attack and speed, than defence.
defence is right above fortune on priority. youll have the chance to upgrade fortune better once you are level 18 or 19... lol if you can wait that long.

Re: attribute and skill points

Are you talking about spreading stats points evenly across the 4 stats? But with speed and attack 10 higher than defense and fortune?

That would not be a very effective setup as someone who concentrate on one stat such as speed attack or def will have a bigger advantage in battle.

Re: attribute and skill points

that was exactly my thought, and what i was saying. it took me a few armies to figure out the best way(for me) to spread my points

Re: attribute and skill points

Wouldn't the Speed > Attack distribution be dependent on your army type? If you use a Cav army, then I would think Defence is more important than Attack as you need to absorb the initial hit. It also decreases your prestige loss as more cavs will survive the battle.

Re: attribute and skill points

yes, it does depend on the type of army, but for the most part, speed and attack are the biggest attributes.
