I am a new player, i need some help.

Could someone explain for me, what is the defferences between Callback, Resign, and Dispatch. What are these actions exactly doing?

Callback- when sending troops to attack someone allows you to cancel that attack although it costs a few coins, when inside an oasis it sends your troop back to the city you attacked and gained the oases with
Resign- Give up the oases you own and unoccupy it
Dispatch- send troops to whatever target you are dispatching to (not attacking, just reinforcing)
