action button

1.account name --
Jaxfire

2. date (e.g. 22th september 3:05 pm Gmt)
12/16 @ 20:43:31 and 20:43:03

3. What happened
I sent out 2 attacks on 2 different level 3 forts at the same time both hitting within a min of each other. When it came time to command the attack i hit the action button and it would say loading data and not switch to the screen for me to take command. I lost 6862 inanftry and 30 cats! I submitted the details in contacting support and the reply from them was I was able to command them, which i was not! Please help.

4. Other circumstances
I was able to switch to my cities, map, and rank but not actions untill after the battles were over.

5. Suggestions why it happened
dont know has never happened before perhaps it was the fact of 2 attacks so close together.

6. What you want (e.g. Troops back)
I would like the troops i lost back, and the resources I should have gotten, and the hunt i could have gotten, but would be satisfied with just the troops.

7. Maybe ss (=screen shots)

Re: action button

Re: action button

I want to thank haypi for refunding my troops, its bad enough when i dont pay attention and lose troops like the 1000 cav i lost the other day, but when they get lost due to no fault of mine it is very frustrating. So thank you very much Haypi, and merry christmas!
