As much as the creation of so many new servers may have an impact, you should be asking yourselves why so many are switching servers?
What is the allure of a new server that draws a general from their original one? People can complain about servers Dieing, but what have you done to ensure generals on your server don't want to quit?
S13 was one of the last servers made before the advent of mass server creation. While still young at 3 months, we have none of these problems facing older servers.
Great strides are taken to ensure sustainable prestige farming, such as not making a cleanup hit, or selling resources at lowest price to help the victim rebuild.
Through honorable tactics and diplomacy, a balance of power has been created to ensure everyone has a fair chance to grow and thus creating an environment that all players, vet and Noob alike, can game in harmony.
Our wc is clean and does not get spammed, and rivalry, not hatred, is fostered.
This was a major effort and undertaking and is still in progress, but you can ask anyone on s13 if they plan on leaving the server for another and I guarantee the answer will be 'no'.
In short, I believe the players themselves are equally responsible for the demise of the servers they play on.
So for lack of a better voting option, I vote 'no'.
