Getting high level forts without the required soldiers

actually im not but this is actually a technique many people actually use. and support themselves will retrieve it for you if you ask. but its not considered harassment as kai did it to me!!! i reported to support and it said its just dirty trick

Never really thought about doing this. lol
I usually just take the forts that are already been captured, but then i recieve letters, about the previous owner complaing, and yelling at me and everything. But its called a war game for a reason.

i take my own but always a lvl down from what i can actually take so people misjudge your army size

I don't know why fort stealing is such a popular idea :-/ if someone can occupy a higher level fort than you can, chances are they are stronger than you, if you steal either their occupied or farming forts, they will most likely take the fort off you and farm you. Just not a smart idea especially against active high levels who knows what they're doing.
