Refer Lexam93. He has been really help to me when I first enter Haypi Kingdom. he is a polite and patient player and I nominate Lexam93 be a expert in the server.

I'd like to nominate Be_headed and KingJesus. They know alot about the game. Also they are very helpful and nice. (most of the time)

I vote Zate as expert, I started to play few days ago and he's helping me a lot. I want to vote him because s19 needs at least another expert because the experts are never on and Zate is on everyday

I agree, server 19 needs additional experts / chat moderators. I've seen conversations on world chat in which several rules of the code of conduct have been violated multiple times, including but not limited to obscene, harassing, hateful, insulting, sexually explicit, racially and ethically objectionable statements and even genocide and holocaust "jokes".

Lexam93 and Zate would be good experts and chat moderators because they are polite, helpful and, which is very important, regularly and frequently online especially at times when the current experts are not.
