It is possible on s3 i got 80/80/20/10 obce thats 580 k consumption. And i got no probs holding them.... With more time.... 15k * 10 = 150 k only oasis lets say refill every 4 h , 7 cities + around 840 k (yes there are ppl doing tht)
Now 1500*4*(7+2)=54k tht are 994k inf

That's not true.

With 10 Crop that's 100% increase. A level 10 oasis gives 5,000 Crops per hour.
100% of 5,000 + 5,000 is 10,000.
Then you take enhance which is 50%
50% of 10,000 is 5,000.
10,000 + 5,000 is 15,000.

No it is completely unpractical to include level 10 oasis crop consumption when calculating troop maintenance.

Level 10 oasis are rare and even when you do find one people will constantly try to steal it off you, the oasis changes hand multiple times in a day and even then you must also be on guard as to maintain the oasis level to not drop below 10.

Just because level 10 oasis exist doesn't mean anyone would use it as a stable source of food, so no, it is not possible in practice to use level 10 oasis to maintain your army. If you do then you're just asking for starvation.

What you're pretty much saying is that it's impossible to hold a level 10 oasis which isn't true. I personally have held 3 at once. It is 100% possible, it may take effort but possible nonetheless.
