So it's happened again....another glitch in the command screen. You've all seen it before. You've all been enraged by it before. And it's come to the point where I've resigned myself to the fate of mother haypi and her beguiling, money stealing ways.
I'm not gonna waste my words any longer messaging support, or posting in the glitch thread. Instead, I'd like to ask you all, you haypi elite who have spent so many countless hours scouring the map for an army to kill, paying your pennies to jump on over to it, having the luck of a hidden attack, and then the sour misfortune of a glitch not only negating your prestige gain, but ensuring the death of your army as well.
Please discuss here, very generally mind you, your worst loss due to the shortcomings of the haypi server, and it's everlasting glitchdom....

Went to hit a 100k+ target, after scouting all day (15 hours or so...), attack lands without the enemy hunting his 11k cats and guess what? The command screen will not accept any commands! Bye bye all troops involved! For my side, 17k cats! Back down to 500 cats and a loooong, sloooow, rebuild.

Callback? Instead of complaining about it it shows u under the callback screen. Therefore I'm sure u can afford 2 more coins. Yes Yo are in battle but it allows u Yo callback. Also think about redrafting?

In the situation Taem describes, the callback button does nothing. Even if it did, saying "use two devices" or "ignore it and please spend coins needlessly" is not a solution to the problem.

Fixing the glitch is the solution to the problem.

Having said that, in the two times this has happened to me, support have been kind enough to replace my units lost (thanks Angela!).
Make sure you collect whatever evidence you can and contact them promptly and poltely.

To answer the thread title, all told, this glitch has cost me between 200,000 and 350,000 prestige in battles lost / nullified due to an inability to command. Frustrating doesn't even begin to describe what I felt when a 225,000 prestige target became a 30,000 hit due to lack of command.

Needless to say there is a dent in my wall from where my iPhone had to take the brunt of my frustrations.

ya mate i feel ur pain i have had this happen alot myself 2 tiems yesturday for some smaller hits of 30-50k pres but with the call back thing mien dont give me the option even if u press recall nothing happens.
