Achievements SS

Not a problem.

If you have already upgraded your techs to lvl 5, or unlocked lvl 5+ chests before. Will it count? Or do I have to do it again...?

Once I logged into my accounts I didn't get any credit for any of the achievements soooo I'd say you have to do them again.

Then I can't do the upgrade your title to 3rd baron, 2nd viscount etc..

i have the os 4.1 and i dont have game center. I did some checking the game center is not supported on the i phone 3G or 3G S. The only way to get it is to jailbreak. If you have any questions on weather or not you device has or can have game center. Google your device model and it will tell you what to do.

iPod 3G has Gamecenter though >.<
