Lvl 10 oasis

well ok.... theres a lvl 7 oasis...... its changing its lvls but its always untouched. After it got lvl 7 the 10th time next time it will go up, could it be tht its 10 then?

Anyone know the percentage of chance for a level 7 oasis to turn to a level 10? I've been playing this game for quite some time and have NEVER seen a level 10. I've seen plenty of level 7 oasis's on the map, but none have ever turned to a 10.

Can anyone confirm a level 10 presently on their server? Could there be a possible defect in the code preventing a level 10 from appearing?

I'm on S28 and I have not seen a lvl 10 oasis.
To maintain a certain lvl on oasis do I have to resign at exactly 23:59:59 hrs of use and then retake it at the last second???

You need a lot of active player to have a good chance of a level 10 oasis appearing on your server.

Considering the occurrance rate I would put the odds of level 10 oasis as at most 1 in 1000, way too small a chance if you try to obtain one yourself, you really need an active and full server for a good chance of even 1 showing up.

And one of the achievements is occupying 2 level 10 oasis's at the same time?

in sever 10 i searched the entire map and there were no lv 10 oasises and support wont tell me anymore than there rare so i think it is really stupid if you ask me but i heard its true that a person has to be a king or lv 19 for a lv 10 oasis

well world chat in server 10 says that you have to there was a huge debate over it today so yah im a spartan
