Coins weren't credited to account
A week and a half ago, when Server 27 was new, I completed my task on Server 4 and got my new account on Server 27. The new server was overwhelmed and had many glitches. I was probably stupid (well, definitely stupid in hindsight), but I went ahead and bought coins. It took several tries for my purchase to go through, but eventually I got the message that I purchased coins successfully. The coins never showed up in my account. I decided to be patient because I knew the server was having issues so I didn't notify support until the next day. I notified support by sending them a copy of the message I received stating my purchase was successful and told them I did not actually receive the coins. I received a message back to send the receipt from iTunes. I emailed the receipt from iTunes. Several days later, I get an email stating they checked and I received the coins, please check again. Umm, I have checked and I didn't receive them hence my complaint. I emailed back stating I did not receive the coins although I did receive the message stating my purchase was successful. I have not received a response and it has been a week since my email. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my coins which I paid for? I know support has the ability to check my account and see that the coins were not ever actually credited to my account.
