Cannot access my account!

I just finished the task where you can get a new account but now it won't letme log back into my old account. Won't take my password, tries to reset it and i ain't getting any emails about it. Emailed support twice and no answer. Anyone help my troops are starving!!!

How do you log out of your original account?

You must end the multi-tasking process of the haypi app, in order for you to see the main login screen again.

If you don't know how to do that, double press the home button, then press the X by haypi kingdom

Well they fixed it. Don't know what the prob was because I apparently cannot get emails to my registered account. Either way thanks haypi for the semi-quick( 2 days, or 5k ing and 1 k cats) response.
