Banning/muting or censoring forum posts

I am not bashing Haypi at all. I am merely expressing my dissatisfaction and criticizing their quality of service.

Criticism is what drives people who are mature enough to handle it to improve.

Let me give a hypothetical example of criticism versus bashing.....

Let's say I go to a McDonalds restaurant and I order a hamburger. When I sit down to eat said hamburger, 3 bugs scuttle out from under the bun. Now I think it's safe to assume that you'd all agree to be upset with the quality of service McDonalds has shown me in this case.

So I take the burger and I walk up to the counter and express my concerns for the amount of value they place in food safety. Is this bashing?

Now we all know that there are thousands of McDonalds restaurants scattered around the planet.

Let's say instead of expressing my concerns at the counter, I sign on to my elite yelp acct and write a little review. In it I tell people to never eat at any McDonalds restaurant because they serve their hamburgers with bugs. This is not fair to McDonalds because clearly there are plenty of their restaurants that do NOT serve hamburgers with sides of bugs. This is BASHING because I am blatantly publishing a lie.

Haypi has many different servers, at my last count 29 of them. Each server has several thousand players which means there are well over 100thousand people who use Haypis product each day. Each one of these people is suffering from the same bug. It not like it's an isolated problem.

Now based on my experiences on many different servers, I know of many people who have spent thousands of dollars on Haypis product..Aubergine and myself being two of them.

Is it not acceptable that we be allowed to express our displeasure with the quality of service we pay for?

May we not offer our criticisms in hope that it compels Haypi to better their product?

This is an isolated forum for people who use the product Haypi provides. It's not an open forum to the world where we are telling people who are not in our online community to NOT  use this app!

No. I think it's unfair to me that I am made to feel my concerns are not prioritized, and that you wish to put me down for expecting more, or at least a satisfactory gaming experience.

So please, do not cloud out our dissatisfaction with petty accusations because you do not agree. Instead, look at the bigger picture and understand that it is out of my love for this game that I spend my money and want the haypi experience to improve for ALL who are involved.

Thankyou for allowing me to express my opinions. I'm really not such a bad guy!

Re: Banning/muting or censoring forum posts

i guess I simply suggesting that all users of these forums try and take a less biased outlook when replying to posts, and labeling them as bashing. keeping in mind of course, that cursing isnt acceptable, i felt like certain recent posts werent viewed the way they were intended, and i am frustrated when threads lead off topic.

specifically i was referring to the lv 1 bug

...and to be perfectly honest, i dont mind that bug very much at all as you can see here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6545#p75343
