Can main city be taken?

if main city's loyalty reduces to 0, will it be taken by the attacker?
how about the account if it loses its main city? :?:

Main City Loyalty will never Decrease regardless how many attacks it gets

No it cannot only the sub citys can the once with a orange flag on them on map

Yes the orange flag at the bottom right hand corner of the city square on the map means it is someones main city.
