Help stop the New chat Rule!!

Well on my server those 14 to 17 line ads get really annoying.

Some of the ads I've seen are insane. One had this huge 10-plus-line emoji picture, at the bottom of which was the alliance name. I think we all could do without that top part.
I for one think a rule like this couldn't come fast enough.
