I am just wondering what the turn around time is for a complaint? I mailed support (ss, story, etc.) and recieved a return email saying "well take a look at it". That's fine, but I'm wondering, and please don't lock this down, if you have to move it or change names or put it behind the Iron Curtain go ahead, but I'm wondering if this is a snowjob or if I'll get an actual reply stating if action was taken and why/why not.
Please give me feedback, it's appreciated.
