Turn 1?

Ok, so I had to occupy a lvl 2 oasis-iron, now it said.
Turn 1
Cavalry [6] forward 348
Cavalry [2] forward 300
Infantry [24] forward 174
Infantry [21] forward 150
Archer [18] forward 145
Catapult [8] forward 57 killed cavalry 2, lose 2

And so on in different orders from Turn 2 and 3.

My question is what does forward mean? better yet what does it all mean?

Next question, if I have high speed in my attribute that means I attack someone first right? so attack, and defense are pointless?

Thats all thanks you.

Forward is how far forward you went on the battlefield. Let's say your field length is 300 and you went forward 100. In that one turn you crossed a third of the battlefield.

Speed allows you to attack first IF your speed is higher than the other person's. If Speed is equal the defender always attacks first. Raising Attack and Defense will cause you to kill more units per turn or lose less per turn.

This particular part of battle means:

Your 8 Catapults moved forward 57, killed 2 opposing Cavalry units and you lost 2 of your Catapults.

This is not always true. Certain troops attack other troops first, regarsless of the defender. The order is:

Cavarly>Infantry>Archers>Catapults

Re: Turn 1?

Does upgrading my shoot in the tech, shoot my cats longer?

Tell me if this is a good set up for attacking people
inf/cats vs their army? Cav hunts

Re: Turn 1?

dont mix cav with cats and inf. HORRIBLE set up.

yes cats range gets increased with shooting tech
PS: shooting also helps turret range

also see my cav guide in the guides section for a very effective guide on cavalry

again dont mix cavalry with cats. or infantry it ruins their main purpose<,<

Re: Turn 1?

So stick with the inf/cats. What should cav and archers do?
