How many coinsdoes it take to upgrade my 4 crop 'mines' from 15-20?

And keep in mind, that's excluding any possible speed ups. The amount of time on the upgrades, get pretty ridiculous to say the least.

There are actually a lot of people that max out their main and at least one extra city as a hop city. (a hop city is a city you load up with troops and move it right beside someone for quick hits. Moving the city cost 20 coins every time.)
