Replacing phone. account lost?

I'm going to be swapping my iphone in for a replacement. Will my account be lost since I will have a new "device"? Or will it transfer with my login/password. Just want to know ahead of time in case I need to do anything to preserve my account. Thanx.

You account is stored on the server not on the phone or something like that, so no, you can log on on what ever device you want and your account will be safe, + if you really wanted to you could make another account
