If people keep switching or restarting it is going to cause HUGE LAG

Lag is not caused by players' actions - it's caused by Haypi not giving enough support to its servers.

If they were to make the feature like all the other MMOs I've ever heard of and allow players to choose their server, they could disallow switching, but allow restarts and choosing a server BEFORE you start the game.

Problem solved. 8-)

This is an argument? I thought this was in "General Discussion."

And if Haypi wants to keep and gain customers, they'll change this. If you don't have a problem, that's fine, but there are a lot of people who wish that this was updated.

My guess is that Haypi changes this within...6 months.

Ok haypi might change in 6 months because 6 months is a TON of time. There are many ideas That haypi has to work with not just this one idea. THey are probably working to pick and choose but idk if every idea is going to be put into haypi..

A ton of time? Are you aware how a company even works? Not just a company, but one such as this?

First, they'll have to get the idea approved and possibly funded. Then, they have to write the codes which would be implemented into the game, and test them. Next, they'll have to tie up loose ends, and for a change like this, it will take a while. Lastly, they'll have to get the change approved by Apple, and anyone with a brain can guess how long that'll take.

It's an extremely lengthy process - 6 months is quite a short amount of time. I was being dramatic, because this along with a couple other things are changes any successful company would like to make.

Re: Is it possible to restart on a new server?

I am in a same exact situation as you, i hate the fact that this is the only game as far as I know that won't let you choose your own server from the start. Heck I just invited my friend to play this game and yet we are not on the same server and he is on server 19 and i'm on server 14. Which is lame.

Really Haypi needs to start changing this stuff around, like able to let players switch to the servers they want to go for a payment. And for the new starters there should be an option to choose which server they want to play on. Then what is the point of making servers if you can't choose what server to join.

Ogame is strategy mmo as well. it has a lot of servers but you can choose all of them. but in that same server you can't have multi-account.

War of Legends (from minicilp) is very much the same concept as Haypi, but way better than Haypi imo. You can choose what server you want to be in at the creation of the account, but once you choose that server, you are stuck. Now this is what haypi needs to do. Have us choose the server we want to go at the creation, and once we choose that server we are stuck. I don't want Haypi putting us on a random server without us knowing. Very Bogus.
