coin errors

i was just wondering what i should do now....i have lost 4 or 5 coins when i try to buy resources.. i lose the coin but havent received the 20000 resources. also, when i completed one of my tasks (i believe it was 22) i didnt receive the prestige or money from it but its gone. anything i can do?

Have you tried restarting the app? Or wait for the "loading data" thing to appear? If not contact support at:

yeah it is nick! if youve got them take a screen shot of before and after! and of the trade report! Also send the time it happened! Support keep a log of all the trades that take place so that should help them to help you!

nah i made sure to have plenty of room..it said the exchange was successful. i got the letter saying it worked but no resources

just write to support and they'll fix it for u, they might even b nice enough to give u the coins back that u spent on the recourses.

btw, u get more recourses if u enhance your recourse production rather than just get 20k. do the math, cuz it depends on your recourse production. if you're getting 10k per hour normally, than when it's enhanced for 24 hour for 1 coin, than u would get 5k per hour profit, multiplied by 24 cuz u get 5k per hour, not in total.
so 5x24= 120k. so if u just get 20k than it does have the bonus of it coming instantly, but u could get an extra 100k of that recourse if u waut the 24 hours
