Lost troops?

Ok so today it happened once agin. I depatched my troops to my branch so I would not go -12k and guess what happened. They got lost during the run? I lost 600 cats transferring them from my main to a branch city. I just wanna know when this glitch is gonna get fixed cause I'm sure it happends sometimes but rarely.

Have you tried building 1 cat in each city?

If you run out of crop in the city you are transporting them from then thy will starve en route! This is probably the reason you lost the troops! Until they get to the city they are going to they still drain the crop from the city they started in!

It's funny cause I had 400k crop

If you know the times of this happening and have already tried restarting the app, restarting your phone, and building one troop, message support with the closest approximate time you remember having the missing troops as well as the time you noticed they were missing. I'm sure you've already checked other cities, forts, oasis's, and actions for the missing troops.
