Protection period on new servers

Older servers had a protection period of 7 days of when you upgraded to level 4, whichever occurs first. But on a newer server is appears that 0"s that have been there way over 7 days are still in protection period. Is this part of the task 5 bug or was the 7 days eliminated?

Are they on war refuse? If not my guess is a bug because that task 5 thing is hard to grasp personally

which level 0's go on refuse war...? lol.

I have yet to find a level 0 that isn't in war protection, I scouted at least 20 before typing the original message, I don't recall any being added after i started. All level 0's had a ha_xxx name.

Ive never seen a ha_xxxx name yet :/ but im in s7 so the new task accts rnt probly getting sent to us xD
