WARNING!! Screen shot EVERYTHING

On the last day of Novemebers PVP I purchased 270 coins, I recieved 270 coins. I was charged for 2 sets of 270 coins. Since I thought it was all good I didnt make a screen shot of the confirmation letter. BIG MISTAKE!!

Now haypi wont refund my 19.99 or give me the 270 coins I was charged for but never recieved.

I guess it was all my fault that I thought to make a purchase on the last day of the PVP, making it so when I got the Itunes receipt and saw the double billing I couldnt get back on the server and screen shot it then.

Haypi Support doesnt care about us. They cant be bothered to look into thier records. Half the time they cant be bothered to reponc..

We sell coins via apple iTunes store, so if you have purchased the coins from apple please ask them to send you the confirmation letter again. If you have been double charged, Apple will look into it.

As long as you can prove you have actually made the purchase or you have actually been overcharged with a confirmation letter or Apple's investigation result, we will DEFINITELY add coins for you.

Support really does work with us well

They try their best. Its just difficult to go giving out coins to anyone that claims that because some could be frauds

Support does their best which is a lot higher than most support. You mus remember that they aren't fairies and can't solve all of your problems. They do their best to do so, but in this case, if apple charged you twice they can't do much about it.

I've had a slightly similar thing happen, both Apple and Support were very helpful and things got sorted really quick.

The leader of my alliance on sever 8 bakerchopz lost the $49.99 he spent on coins because his ipod glitched out during the transaction. I have had this happen to me too but only with small mini packages. PLEASE FIX THE GLITCHES OR AT LEAST MAKE A BETTER SYSTEM OF COIN BUYING
